Passwords, User Names and My Account Questions

How do I change my password?  First, login using the Residents Only menu item.  Then select the Residents Only tab again, and click on My Account.  Click on the large asterisk (*) on the left and follow the instructions.

I can’t remember my password to login?  Click on “Forgot your password?” on the login screen.  The system will immediately send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.  If you do not receive this email, it’s because the HOA does not have a working email address for you on file.  You will need to contact the web administrator to assign you a temporary password at hslattery9@gmail.com.

Emails

I received an email from WordPress.  What is WordPress?  Don’t be alarmed.  WordPress is the software that powers the HOA’s website.  When you make changes to your account, you may receive an email from WordPress or Sunrise Valley Townhomes HOA alerting you that changes to your account were made.

Spam and Phishing.  The HOA will never send you an email that asks for your User Name, your password or other personal information.  If you receive such an email, you should delete it immediately.

Homeowner Questions

How can I get a printed copy of the HOA Homeowner Directory?  When you click on the HOA Directory, it opens using Adobe Reader.  You can use Adobe Reader to print the entire directory or just the pages you want.  ➡ HOA Directory

How can I add News or Calendar information to the website?  Contact the web administrator at hslattery9@gmail.com.

I am refinancing my mortgage and the financial institution wants an HOA dues statement.  Either you or your financial institution can contact the HOA Treasurer to obtain a current dues statement. ➡ Contact Us

The lock or key for my mailbox no longer works.  You’ll need to contact the Post Office to have the lock repaired or replaced.  The HOA does not have keys to the mailboxes.

I need a key for the pool area.  See the information about KEYS in the Guidelines and Reminders section on the Docs & Forms webpage. ➡ Docs & Forms

New Homeowners and Renters

I just purchased a home in Sunrise Valley.  When can I access the Residents Only section on the website?  When the HOA receives the close-of-escrow information from the title company, it will mail you a new homeowner package which you need to complete and mail back to the HOA.  At that point, you will be sent a User Name and a temporary password that you should change after you login.

I just rented a home in Sunrise Valley.  Can I access the Residents Only section on the website?  Yes.  Please have the owner notify the HOA that you are a new renter.  The HOA will mail you a new renter package which you need to complete and mail back to the HOA.  At that point, you will be sent a User Name and a temporary password that you should change after you login.

Where to I get keys to my mailbox or the pool area?  The previous owner should have left you these keys.  If they didn’t or the keys don’t work, see the information about KEYS in the Guidelines and Reminders section on the Docs & Forms webpage.   ➡ Docs & Forms
