The board meets on the third Tuesday of each month at pm at the home of one of the HOA directors or officers.  Please note that the date or time could change. Advance notice of the meeting will be posted at the mailboxes including the finalized date, time and location of the meeting. All HOA members are welcome!

Cherry Landscape
For 2024 we have made updates to landscaping services, and going forward Cherry will service the common areas and household yard debris pickup. They no longer service residential front yards. Below is the yard debris pickup schedule.

Titan Trash and Recycling

Titan’s normal Pick-up day is Friday – please have your trash and recycle out no later than 7:00 am on collection day to ensure pickup.
