Next Board of Directors Meeting
When: Tuesday 4/15, 6:00pm
Where: Sheryl Brown’s home – 4661 N. Camino Campero
The board meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 6 pm at the home of one of the HOA directors or officers. Please note that the date or time could change. Advance notice of the meeting will be posted at the mailboxes including the finalized date, time and location of the meeting. All HOA members are welcome!
Titan Bulk Pickup
Sofa, recliner, mattress, tables, etc. (ONE piece per home and no other items)
Most electronics as long as they do not contain hazardous materials
Boxes, moving materials, clothes and bedding
NOT Included:
Hazardous materials: oil (including cooking), automotive fluids, medical waste, flammable materials, fluorescent bulbs, rechargeable batteries, wet paint, liquids, any other toxic waste
Refrigerators or other items with Freon (per Pima Co. DEQ)
Construction materials: concrete, bricks, tile, rocks, or materials / landscaping generated by a contractor or
landscaper. If this is in question, items will not be picked up.
Tires
Appliances/steel/scrap metal
Broken glass or any other objects that present a health or safety hazard
Please have all items out for curbside collection by 6:00 AM and wait until 5:00 PM to report items not picked up. If you have questions about a specific item, please call (520) 382-1009 email customerservice
Landscaping Schedule
Infinity Earthworks comes every Thursday to do landscaping and maintenance on the common areas. They will also pick up personal yard debris that is left in front of your home near the street on the first and third Thursday as well. They do not do maintenance or cleaning of personal property landscaping as part of the HOA’s contract with them, only the collection of yard waste that you put out to the curb on pickup days. It is homeowner’s responsibility to maintain personal property.
Titan Trash and Recycling
Titan’s normal Pick-up day is Friday – please have your trash and recycle out no later than 7:00 am on collection day to ensure pickup.
