The monthly board meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM at the home of one of the HOA directors or officers.  Please note that the date or time is subject to change. The finalized date, time and location will be updated here on the website Calendar page. Additionally, notice of the finalized meeting information will be posted on the bulletin boards at the north and south mailboxes.
All HOA members are welcome.

Landscaping Schedule
Infinity Earthworks comes every Thursday to do landscaping and maintenance on the common areas. They will also pick up personal yard debris that is left in front of your home near the street on the first and third Thursday as well. They do not do maintenance, blowing, or cleaning of personal property as part of the HOA’s contract with them. It is the homeowners’ responsibility to maintain personal property to a high-standard consistent with the Fairfields aesthetic.

Titan Trash and Recycling
Titan’s normal Pick-up day is Friday – please have your trash and recycle containers out no later than 7:00 am on collection day to ensure pickup.
