The 2026 social events are on hiatus until Fall. Thank you to the committee co-chairs, Martha DeGrandchamp and Bev Moss, along with committee members for making sure the high season was a blast at Sunrise Valley. 

Monthly Meetings:

Where: BJ Gearheart home

The monthly board usually meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM at a specified location.  Please note that the date or time is subject to change. The finalized date, time and location will be updated here on the website Calendar page. Additionally, notice of the finalized meeting information will be posted on the bulletin boards at the north and south mailboxes.
All HOA owners & renters are welcome.

Landscaping Schedule
Infinity Earthworks comes every Thursday to do landscaping and maintenance on the common areas. This is true for months with four weeks. The HOA landscapers are off Thursdays in a five week month. They also pick up personal yard debris that is left in front of your home near the street on the first and third Thursday. Please be considerate of the quantity of debris you leave out. This courtesy pick up is intended for a modest amount of clippings. They don’t do maintenance, blowing, or cleaning of personal property as part of the HOA’s contract with them. It is the homeowners’ responsibility to maintain personal property to a high-standard consistent with the Fairfield’s aesthetic.

Titan Trash and Recycling
Titan’s normal Pick-up day is Friday – please have your trash and recycle containers out no later than 7:00 am on collection day to ensure pickup.
